This Christmas at the Stonehouse at San Ysidro Ranch, Executive Chef Matt Johnson and his team offer guests a four-course fine dining experience full of festive favorites and fresh herbs and vegetables from the Chef’s on-site organic gardens.

Select options from a pre-fixe four course menu with standout dishes including House-made Gnocchi with shaved Alba white truffle, chanterelle mushrooms, pencil asparagus, and Meyer lemon and truffle cream; Castroville Artichoke Bisque with crispy artichoke hearts, micro celery and Meyer lemon oil; Cider Glazed Maple Leaf Duck Breast with Tokyo turnips, Cameo apples, Brussel leaves, leg confit, farro, and blackberry peppercorn jus; and Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Chop with candied yams, charred broccolini, and mission fig and port glaze. Dessert highlights include items such Blood Orange Tart with toasted meringue and ivoire cremeux and Sticky Toffee pudding with bourbon butterscotch and vanilla gelato.
