Chaucer’s Books (3321 State Street, Santa Barbara) hosts author Julian Gresser for an in-store talk and signing of his latest book, How the Leopard Changed Its Spots: Evolutionary Values for an Age in Crisis on Tuesday, July 30 at 6 p.m.
Event preview: The event will begin by introducing a miracle; and explain how this miracle is intimately tied to mastering the skill of Integral Resilience, the ability to turn adversity to advantage. The program will then focus on an immediate test of Santa Barbara’s own community resilience: how to meet the high risk of an electrical wildfire with an Innovator’s Mind and Big Heart Intelligence?
Book Description – How the Leopard Changed its Spots  recounts the author’s remarkable discoveries concerning Beauty, Wisdom, Love, and Synchronicity and their practical applications as a source of healing and reconciliation in a world that is rapidly falling apart.
Author Biography –  Julian Gresser  is an international environmental public interest lawyer, professional negotiator, and one of the world’s experts on Japan. He is also an inventor who has developed the fields of Big Heart Intelligence, Integral Resilience, Synergistic Leadership, and Collaborative Innovation, all explored in his online/live course.
