Embrace the winter season at Flow Yoga & Wellness with traditional Vedic rituals to welcome the sun to the northern hemisphere.
We will discuss the Vedic Rituals with Vedic Astrologer Dr Raj Govind, chant the Gayatri mantra and have a heart centered meditation led by Cynthia Abulafia and set intentions for the new year ahead.
