Tai Chi is a gentle exercise using the mind to direct the body in slow meditative movements. Tai Chi has been shown to improve concentration, enhance physical wellbeing, provide meaningful social contact, reduce falls, help relieve back and shoulder pain, may stave off dementia and is well known to improve balance. The slow precise movements help students not only find more stability, but boost overall health and mood.
Master Instructor Toni DeMoulin has 53 years of experience teaching Tai Chi and Qigong and is respected internationally for her skill as a teacher. She is a senior student of the Alex Dong International Taijiquan Association.
