Join other beginning sewists in a 3-session course to make this top in beautiful, sustainable linen. Choose from two lengths – short or tunic – and four colors. You will learn to:
-
Work with patterns
-
Grade between sizes
-
Finish hems, top stitch, and bias bind
-
Create a satisfying home-sewing practice.
Cost is $125 and includes fabric to make your new favorite top. Pattern sign up at registration. Students should bring their own machine and know how to thread it, along with scissors and pins.
This is the first offering from Threaded Workshops, encouraging people to make their own clothing from earth-friendly fabrics.
Join the slow fashion movement!
Small classes, lots of individual attention.
