Beau James Wilding St. Patrick’s Day Set

Beau James Wilding (guitar, vocals and harmonica)) and Tom Kenny (bodhran and drone( will be playing a few traditional and a few original tunes this Paddy’s Day at M. Special Brewery in Downtown Santa Barbara. Beau James Wilding is a local folk-rock music artist who is greatly influenced by the Irish ballad tradition. The first single from his upcoming album, “Set Myself on Fire” was recently played on the Fire Draw Near music podcast by traditional music scholar and performer Ian Lynch out of Dublin, Ireland. Hailing from County Wicklow, Ireland, Tom Kenny is a multifarious man of mystery. He studied music in college and has played trumpet and piano accordion as well as bodhran in various projects. Beau and Tom have been working on developing a live sound for Beau’s original material for the last year, but both love to enjoy a good bit o’craic and honor the Irish music tradition with a few tunes on Paddy’s Day! This will be a gritty, spirited and soulful time to remember!
