BARBIE INSTALLATION COMES TO LA ARCADA PLAZA – AUGUST 18TH
Come on Barbie, let’s go party- Santa Barbara style!
The owners of Barbieri and Kempe Wines were fast to hop on the Barbie trend following the release of the movie in July. Now with the help of incredible local vendors, the business owners are creating a Barbie photo opportunity for Santa Barbara locals.
“La Arcada Plaza is the perfect gem downtown to host a Barbie experience! It’s time to dust off that hot pink dress and your favorite pumps for an afternoon dedicated to our favorite pink princess,” said Erin Kempe.
The lifesize Barbie doll box installation, designed by Dark Marquee Designs, will be displayed in La Arcade Plaza (Santa Barbara) for one day only, August 18th from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Locals and visitors alike are encouraged to dress like their favorite version of Barbie (or Ken) and immerse themselves in a live-styled shoot, and an afternoon filled with fun movie- themed details and surprises!
