The Santa Barbara Art District presents the 1st Annual ART Santa Barbara, festival of fine art. Neighborhood galleries feature exhibitions, live art demos, artist talks, even a short ballet performance at a Tiny Library installation!
A free after-hours exhibition and reception with DJ FreeRange will be held from 6 to 8pm at Glenn Dallas Gallery, 927 State Street.
Friday evening a kick-off reception will be held from 5 to 8pm at State Gallery-Youth Interactive, 1219 State Street. $10 admission. Co-hosted by the Abstract Art Collective, the event features art by the AAC, wine & beer, noshes and live music.
Printed programs will be available at all galleries and online at santabarbaraartdistrict.com.
