This coming Saturday, October 22nd, in observation of October AIDS Awareness Month, the Santa Barbara based nonprofit Quilt Project Gold Coast will hold its first-ever AIDS Memorial Procession down State Street between 4 and 5pm. Everyone is welcome to attend, with walkers gathering at 4pm at the corner of Anapamu and Anacapa Streets to proceed over to State Street and down, with the Procession completing at Santa Barbara City Hall for a display and short program to remember those who have died of AIDS complications.
