Join Josh Jackson on a photographic tour of the public lands in California managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), from the Mojave Desert to the Central Valley, Lost Coast and every other corner of our state. Through their incredibly diverse landscapes and the people that help manage them, these lesser-known public lands have a grand story to tell.
Josh is a writer, public lands advocate, and conservationist who has spent the last two years criss-crossing California to document, through prose and photographs, public lands managed by the BLM.
This free presentation is part of the Trail Talks series hosted by the Santa Barbara Public Library.
The next talk in the series is Thursday, November 17th, 6:30pm, The History of Rincon Point: From the Chumash through the Surfers with local author Vince Burns
