Beatrice will lead you through simple but powerful movements, meditation techniques, and energy practices connected to the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each element relates to different organs of the body and emotions, helping you learn how to balance your energy, improve your health, and find inner peace.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
There will also be time for questions and interactive learning.
