Boy Band Third Single from Fifth Studio Album
Following their releases of “Drag Me Down” and “Infinity” the world’s biggest boy band has released a third single entitled “Perfect.” The pop anthem dismantles the ideal boyfriend image taking a more realistic perspective of what dating one of the four popular British lads would really be like, which is anything but perfect. The track, written by Harry Styles, suggests fun, adventure, mischief, and a hint of sadness brought on by extensive media coverage and stalker paparazzi. It shows a more mature and darker side of the pop idols, who have faced the overbearing spotlight for the last five years. One Direction’s fifth album, Made in the A.M. was released November 13.
