Unnecessary Killing of Dogs

I am writing to you because I am very upset that our Animal Shelter is killing animals that could be saved, in fact, making efforts to PREVENT animals from being adopted that could be saved.

Second Chance Cocker Rescue, a very respected animal rescue organization, rescues cocker spaniels from ALL OVER CALIFORNIA with fewer problems than in its own county. Shameful! And an improper use of government funds!
