Grand Jury Indicts Holzer on Murder Charges
The Santa Barbara Grand Jury has indicted Nicolas Holzer on four counts of murder and one count of animal cruelty, District Attorney Joyce Dudley announced Tuesday. It’s unclear what effect, if any, the indictment has on Holzer’s current murder charges, which were filed by the DA’s Office in August. Holzer is accused of stabbing to death his parents, William and Sheila Holzer, his sons, Sebastian and Vincent, and the family dog in their home near Goleta. Holzer is scheduled for arraignment in Judge Brian Hill’s courtroom on Tuesday, October 28.
