Pacifica Commercial Realty Absorbs SLO Firm

Pacifica Commercial Realty, which already lays claim to being the largest commercial brokerage on the Central Coast since 1969, will absorb Hastings Enterprises of San Luis Obispo in a merger effective January 1. The companies announced on 12/21 that Pacifica will now provide “seamless” brokerage of retail, industrial, commercial and residential properties throughout the two counties via its offices in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Paso Robles.
