City Receives Funding for Creek Restoration

This week the Environmental Defense Center and the City of Santa Barbara received more than $350,000 in grant funding for Mission Creek’s restoration process. Donations from the Annenberg Foundation and California Fish and Game will enable the city to take the project through the environmental review process, as well as aid researchers studying the impacts proposed changes will have on flood control.
