The Santa Barbara County Arts Commission will present their annual Leadership in the Arts award to arts education advocates and Bill Cirone and Tina Fanucchi this Thursday, December 3. The ceremony will take place at Channing Peake Gallery (105 E. Anapamu St.) as part of First Thursday.
