Santa Barbara Permaculture Network presents 2025 Annual Eco Hero Award on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 6:30 PM. This year’s recipients are Natural Building pioneers Bill & Athena Steen of the Canelo Project, and Roxanne Swentzell of the Flowering Tree Permaculture Institute. All three hail from the American Southwest, are authors, natural builders, and acclaimed artists.
