If you were unable to make it to the exhibition showcasing the stunning works of Alberto Valdés, it’s now relocating to our new Carpinteria gallery/frame shop.
Valdés creates abstract figures that focus heavily on contour and color, drawing inspiration from pre-Colombian designs and ancient glyphs. His art is also significantly influenced by early 20th-century modernists like Picasso, Gauguin, Kandinsky, and Tamayo.
