Incumbent Goleta Mayor Paula Perotte, challenger Rich Foster, along with District 3 candidates Ethan Woodill and Jennifer Smith plus District 4 contenders Stuart Kasdin and Eric Gordon, will address voters at an in-person Candidate Forum hosted by the League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara (LWVSB).
