The Empathy Center
Empathy Circles are The Empathy Center’s foundational practice where we take turns speaking and practicing reflective listening in small groups.
Every two months we host an Empathy Circle Facilitator Training (ECFT) at The Empathy Center. This is where you can learn how to facilitate the Empathy Circles and become a facilitator. Once you are a trained facilitator you can use this practice to build more empathy in your life and the world. You can become a part of the facilitation team at the center, hold your own circles in personal or professional settings or apply what you’ve learned in many other ways.

– Connect across differences in ways where everyone’s voice is heard
– Experience and learn to facilitate simple yet powerful mutual listening process

COST: This training is by donation to attend. We invite you to to contribute back to the community after you have attended the training. This can be through financial contributions or in several other ways that help us continue and expand our mission of fostering a more empathic culture through education, awareness and community building initiatives, in order to bridge divides and create a more caring, creative and innovative society for all.
