The Santa Barbara Master Chorale invites you to come with them on an exploration of the soundscapes and the rhythmic fire of South America!
On Saturday November 16 at 7 p.m and Sunday, November 17 at 3 p.m., the Master Chorale will present a concert featuring two extraordinary masses: Misa Criolla by Ariel Ramirez and Misaa BuenosAires (also known as Misatango) by Martin Palmeri. Both were written by Argentine composers and utilize the harmonies, syncopated rhythms, and indigenous instruments of that country.
