Beau James Wilding Vinyl Release Party at brewLAB

Come join Beau James Wilding and band at the brewLAB in Carpinteria on September 14, 2024 from 6 – 8 PM  to celebrate the release of Beau’s most recent record, “Here There Be Dragons” on vinyl! The EP marks the fourth release by the Carpinteria-based artist and includes a wide variety of style influences from classic rock to punk to folk and drone/ambient tones. The record features a vinyl and CD only remix of the title track.

Beau and his band, Tom Kenny and Chad Martin, create a sound that is greater than the sum of it’s parts. Live performances include a mixture of gritty tones reminiscent of punk and metal combines with earnest and organic tones harkening back to the folk revival sounds of the 1960s and 1970s. Irish traditional music, American Blues and classic punk rock are the main ingredients in this thoughtful yet rockin’ stew of sound. Beau and his band recently returned from Ireland where they toured and began work on a new record of primarily traditional folk songs rendered in Beau’s unmistakable brazen rock ‘n’ roll fashion.
