Art KIT (Know Important Tools), is an in person workforce education program series that offers business skills training designed by and for artists by tapping the expertise of community professionals and artist trainers for the purpose of economic empowerment. The Santa Barbara Arts Collaborative will be offering their third workshop of 2024 called Marketing and Promotions for Creatives on September 15th from 11 – 2pm at the Community Arts Workshop, 631 Garden Street.

The Marketing and Promotions for Creatives workshop begins with a panel discussion on the topics of branding, messaging, market research, and audience identification followed by breakout sessions with the individual panelists. The panel will be moderated by Adrienne De Guevara of the Arts Collaborative with participating panelists, Jordan Killebrew of SBCC, Cecilia Martini-Muth of the Lobero Theatre, Soraya Simi of 805 Film Co., and Jacob Tell of Oniracom.
