Jim (AKA Suburbanoid) will offer his Deep Resonance Sound Bath Meditation here in Santa Barbara at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. The sound meditation will feature instruments that include a set of Crystal singing bowls tuned in 432hz, a Baglama (a Turkish stringed instrument ), a Charango (Peruvian stringed instrument), gong, koshi chimes, kalimba, ocean drum, vocals and more. He will facilitate a special 60 minute calm deep resonance sound bath meditation with a 15 minute creative meditation for peace guided by sound.

Finishing with a cup of tea on the patio.

Come relax, and reset yourself in the deep resonance sounds while taking a moment collectively to manifest peace in the world.
