Ascension is increasing your vibrational frequency to newly established base levels. The higher your frequency, the more magically your life flows. This powerful combination of breathwork and meditation allows for a profoundly deep meditative experience and boosts your vibrational frequency.
To begin, we prepare your body to take on more light and oxygen through breathwork which allows for a heightened meditational experience. The guided meditation takes you through various meditational practices such as grounding, chakra cleansing, spiritual protection, soul integration, and source light injection.
About Greg Eatwell
Originally from New Zealand, Greg moved to Santa Barbara with his Californian wife, Sammy, in late 2015 to raise a family. They have two young daughters and a nephew. Since 2016, Sammy and Greg have owned and run Eco Friendly Dry Cleaners.
Greg’s passion is continuously improving his life through psychology, wellness, bio-hacking, and spirituality. Greg practices Ascension Breathwork & Meditation daily. His creation is a blended spiritual practice that produces a potent vibrational frequency. Greg’s vision is to influence people to live a joyful, fulfilling life by coaching them on increasing their vibrational frequency.
