Brenda “Bella” Barrett, age 73, of San Luis Obispo, CA, was freed from suffering on June 17th, 2024. She had a rare neurological disorder, as rare as Brenda herself since 2018. She was predeceased by her parents, Thelma Eva Vicente and Lucio Secundo Guggia, both first-generation Americans. She was born and raised in the Santa Maria Valley.
