Light bites (read: Cheetos and Ring Pops) and a keg will be on tap for party people ready to get down. Meet Samantha Durbin, local author of “Raver Girl, Coming of Age in the 90s” who will sign books for purchase. A fresh kickoff to Solstice weekend, a percentage of proceeds will benefit Girls Inc. of Santa Barbara.
