The Carpinteria Arts & Craft Faire will be presenting a show on May 4th from 10-4:00p.m. at the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center located at 865 Linden Ave., in downtown Carpinteria. The featured artist for May is Mary Kate McGeehan whose mediums are fiber arts and resin pours. She draws her inspiration from the ocean, sand and sky which is reflected in her unique pieces. The show includes 22 local artists presenting artwork in a wide variety of mediums such as painting, woodwork, glass and much more! Music by the Ukulele Jammers and the Americana Cats create the backdrop for a wonderful day in the arts. See you there!
Artists interested in participating in future Faires, are invited to go to the Carpinteria Arts Center website www.carpinteriartscenter.org to apply. All entries MUST be handmade by the selling artist.
