Historical Games & Crafts Day

Join us for a free, family-friendly day exploring Santa Barbara’s history through fun games, arts and crafts. Take part in interactive experiences celebrating the diverse communities of the Presidio Neighborhood, including Chumash, Spanish, Mexican, Japanese, and Chinese cultures. Play cultural games such as Lotería, Ring and Pin, Bolo palma, and Mahjong. Our crafts stations offer hands-on activities like origami, rock painting, and lantern crafting, allowing participants to express their creativity while learning about historical traditions and customs that shaped our community.
