World Champion Athletes & Believe Ranch and Rescue Hosts Its First Open Ranch Day and Blue Ribbon Cutting With the Santa Ynez Chamber of Commerce
Come to the ranch for a first ever opportunity to meet two World Champions turned Champions for horses and interact with their incredible rescue horses, spend time with friends and family and shop from local vendors.
SANTA YNEZ, CA, November 4th, Join World Champion Triathletes turned horse rescuers Siri Lindley and Rebekah Keat are new residents to the Santa Ynez Valley and for the first time their horse rescue Believe Ranch & Rescue will open its gates to the public. They will host an Open Ranch day for the community which includes an official welcome and Blue-Ribbon Cutting ceremony by Santa Ynez Chamber of Commerce. It will be held at Believe Ranch and Rescue located on Baseline Ave, Santa Ynez, CA, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023. This special day offers a unique opportunity to meet Siri and Rebekah and interact with the heart of the ranch—their beautiful rescue horses—and discover the magic of the horse-human connection. Participants are encouraged to make a suggested donation of $25 per family to support their 501c3 charity to help save more lives!
Co-Founder Siri Lindley, a renowned speaker on the Tony Robbins stage, will be sharing her inspiring journey and the mission behind Believe Ranch and Rescue.

At our ranch, horses are showered with an abundance of love and necessary medical care, sustenance, guiding and human connection needed to get them back to their fullest potential. Together, with a network of compassionate individuals sharing our ethos, we endeavour to create a world where every horse and human can thrive in mutual respect and love. About Believe Ranch and Rescue
Believe Ranch and Rescue was established in 2016 to save horses from abuse neglect and slaughter. Since inception we have saved over 300 horses who have gone on to save humans through our equine assisted coaching programs. In 2023 Believe Ranch felt the need to move from the freezing winters of Colorado to the warmer, sunnier climate of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Allowing us to where the ability to run these healing programs all year round! Through our various workshops and events, we not only provide a sanctuary for horses but also foster community engagement and education. At Believe Ranch and Rescue, we champion the transformative bond between humans and horses, rescuing these majestic animals from neglect and the brink of slaughter. By offering them love, care, and rehabilitation at our ranch, we not only restore their trust but also harness their therapeutic nature through our equine healing programs. In full circle fashion these horses then go on to heal the humans who suffer from mental health issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, cancer and more.
Lobbying and Education:
Siri and Rebekah have also been involved in legislative efforts to end horse slaughter on a national level with their 501c4 organisation Horses In Our Hands. Over the last four years they have met with key senators and representatives in Washington DC advocating for a national ban on horse slaughter. Their PSA and national media campaign reached over 100 million Americans bringing massive awareness thats resulted in horse slaughter numbers decreasing by over 75% over the last four years of their campaigning.They are currently working with key stakeholders in DC in order to help pass a federal legislation that will permanently end the slaughter of our majestic, beloved American horses.
About Siri Lindley and Rebekah Keat : Siri Lindley is a two-time world Champion and coached athletes to multiple world titles and Olympic medals. Siri is a renowned speaker and was named one of the world’s top female speakers, speaking on stages across the world including most notably at Tony Robbins events. In 2019 Siri was diagnosed with a rare form of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and given less than a 5% chance of survival. Today she is cancer free and thriving, dedicating much of her healing to her rescue horse Savannah. Siri harnesses the healing power of her rescue horses to help humans suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD and cancer through her equine assisted therapy programs at Believe Ranch & Rescue.
Rebekah Keat is a dual citizen originally from Australia, a two-time world champion and 6 x Iron distance champion, breaking two world Ironman records and winning three national championships. Rebekah known as “Bek” retired in 2016 and has since dedicated her life to both saving horses and helping humans with their health and overall wellbeing.
With her wife Siri they co-founded Team Sirius Tri Club, an international triathlon coaching company and Siri and Bek Squad a highly successful online fitness program, dedicated to helping athletes of all fitness levels achieve their ultimate fitness goals.
