Flow Yoga and Wellness

In this class we will learn a yoga sequence focusing solely on your back and the muscles connecting to your back.
You will express poses that increase your back strength & flexibility as well as how to prevent injury while doing them in order to foster a safe and enjoyable practice.
Not only will you learn postures, but you will also learn how to perform them anatomically correct and how to access specific MUSCLES during your practice.
Marcy utilized her own back sequence to assist with her personal disc issues from sports. Give this sequence a try to assist with your own back issues.
