Block Printing Workshop

Join us as we explore the art of relief or block printing in this workshop for adults at Art From Scrap. We will carve original designs on rubber blocks and create single color prints.

In this class we’ll focus on single color relief prints using rubber blocks. Students will be given all the materials they need to carve, proof, and print their designs.

Art From Scrap Art Coordinator Rachel Palmer will introduce different block techniques and teach how to print without a press.

Block printing can be used to print onto cards, notebooks, and so much more. Learn this new skill and explore the possibilities of printmaking.
