Harold Charles Fue

Harold was born March 4,1934 in Lincoln, Illinois.

He passed away peacefully on January 19, 2022 in Santa Barbara, California. After graduation from University of Illinois he moved to Santa Barbara in the 1960’s to work at Delco where his primary responsibility was in the Semiconductor and Failure Analysis Labs, retiring in 1992.

During his retirement years he began a small resale business of Soldering equipment and tools. He participated with the “elves” who manufactured wooden toys for the Unity Shoppe. He was friendly and generous with his many friends.

Harold was married to Judith Fairchild Thomas from 1978 until her passing in 1997. He married Bettye Beckham Howe in 2004. He is survived by five stepchildren.

Harold would be honored by donations to the Unity Shoppe and the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum.
