Join the Santa Barbara Yoga Center & Kat Connors-Longo for this FREE Livestream workshop Intro to Yoga for Health & Well-Being! We’ll start slowly with emphasis on breath and range of motion, move into gentle strength-building poses, and finishes with a nourishing supportive restorative pose promoting relaxation, the release of tension in your body, and quieting of your Being. An opportunity to cultivate peace, self-compassion, and a calmer nervous system. No experience necessary
