Circle Walking is a Chinese form of exercise and meditation.
Practiced by Daoists, it is the basis of the martial art Baqua Zhang.
We will teach the basics of this art, focusing on posture, alignment and correct movement.
All levels welcome, beginner to advanced practitioner.
