Rejoicing in Limitless Qualities with Dharma Teacher Khaydroup Lovingkindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity are known on the Bodhisattva Path as “The Four Limitless Ones.” They are also the attitudes we cultivate in order to uncover and have confidence in our own inherent wealth of qualities. How can we recognize and cultivate authentic Sympathetic Joy untainted by grasping, and vast Equanimity untainted by bias? Join us for a one-day intensive as we discuss and engage in practice towards uncovering and connecting with these beneficial and timeless qualities.
