Join us for a virtual discussion on how we can make earned and unearned privilege visible as we unpack and reframe it, move forward in cultivating spaces of allyship and belonging, and commit to building an anti-racist community dedicated to justice, equity, inclusion, and diversity. Donald Proby, Senior Director of Coro Northern California will facilitate a discussion with Connie Alexander, is the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Gateway Educational Services and Jennifer Steinwurtzel, owner of the chic Jake & Jones boutique in downtown Santa Barbara, focusing on how we can have open conversations and listen deeply across cultures, even when it is hard.
