The UC Santa Barbara Department of Music will present a guest artist masterclass with violinist Ida Kavafian (Curtis Institute of Music) in Karl Geiringer Hall on the UC Santa Barbara campus.
Kavafian will work with students from the UC Santa Barbara Strings Program on pieces by Ludwig van Beethoven, Henryk Wieniawski, and Johannes Brahms.
