In planning the event, we must guarantee attendance with the venue provider by a specific date. We become locked in for the expected number of attendees, which means we incur an attendance fee regarding your registration.

To receive a refund, you must cancel by the Cancellation Deadline 2/14/20 – the FRIDAY before the program date.

Neither credit nor refund will be extended after the deadline.

Additionally, neither credit nor refund will be extended to no-shows.

You will still be invoiced and expected to pay if you register for the event and either cancel on the day-of or do not show.

We do allow substitutions at the correct rate for the substituting person (as either a member or nonmember).
