Herbs for Cold and Flu Season

Join us for the January meeting of the Santa Barbara Herbal Exchange. Our guest instructor is local herbalist Lindsay Kolasa. We’ll talk about herbs for cold and flu season, explore the immune system, and learn how to navigate which preparations to reach for during the winter months. Lindsay will also discuss some herbal allies in our area that are asking to be used for your health and wellness!  Let’s put our ear to the good, green earth and let her whisper some conjuring to us on how to steward our bodies with vital, plant medicine.

The Santa Barbara Herbal Exchange is a monthly community gathering for medicinal herb and plant enthusiasts and is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the Botanical World. At each meeting we have a Trade Table. You can bring seeds, recipes, or plants that you want to share. If you don’t have any, you are still welcome.
