For many people, this is the hardest part of grieving and a time when we miss our loved ones even more than usual. Our special workshops will help you to:
- acknowledge and deal with the feelings related to being without our loved ones during the holiday season.
- understand our grief and take steps to ease our pain during the holidays.
- feel more equipped to navigate the holidays ahead of us.

Thursday, November 14 from 5:30-6:30 PM.
