This group is a safe space for people to come together, connect, and share their experiences with hearing voices.
About the Facilitator, Lisa Jones:
I have experience with hearing voices and believe it can be viewed as an experience to learn from and teach us something. I think we can turn a negative experience into a positive one, or if that’s not available to us, find productive ways to cope.
