BizArts Workshop Beyond Branding With Terry Duffy

Art Without Limits (AWoL) is pleased to announce our February BizArts, ‘Beyond Branding’ with Terry Duffy, happening on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 5:30-7:30pm in the Pilgrim Terrace Main Gathering Room located at 649 Pilgrim Terrace Dr., Santa Barbara, CA 93101. Terry Duffy will discuss the 4000 year History of Iconology, Fibonacci made simple, designing for music festivals, how designing less is better, fonts (type and display, popular fonts, and the effects on branding), green design and art, the ups and the downs of being a designer, how branding can change the world, and designing creative education. Terry Duffy has owned her own graphic design business, Glyphics Design, since 1985. Terry graduated from Antioch University, San Francisco, with a degree in Alternative Health and Graphic Design with an emphasis in Photography. Her study of graphic design has led her in many directions including exhibit design, book and magazine publishing and all forms of branding. A large part of her career has been designing music festivals. A desire for clear communication has led her to be an educator that has curated shows, worked with scientists, writers, and poets, trying new ways to communicate to people of all ages and walks of life.
