Local Author & Illustrator Book Signing

I am the local author and illustrator of my childrens picture book; Like Mother Like Daughter. I will be having book signing event at Chaucer’s Bookstore, this Sunday, FEB. 10th, from 2pm to 4pm. Chaucer’s Bookstore is located at 3321 State Street, Santa Barbara. If you bring a child to the signing I will not only sign the book but also read the entire story to them. About the book Like Mother Like Daughter: Our main character Bobbie, is challenged by a special attribute ADD, that defines her personality, and propels her to spontaneously follow whatever may interest her at the moment – leading her on adventures encountering interesting people and places. You might say she is extraordinarily creative and somewhat impulsive in her actions. In this story, Like Mother Like Daughter, family traits, just like family genes, are often passed down through generations. They can be viewed as negative or positive attributes, but Bobbie has a wonderful family who accepts and loves her for who she is, and appreciates how special she is. Roberts BIO: Robert Byrne has been living in the Santa Barbara County since 2002. Robert’s experience spans both traditional and digital illustration. He is known for fine art illustration, celebrity portraits, graphic designer, computer animation. A past illustrator of over 12 popular childrens learning CD ROMS. Over the last 15 years he has been the featured artist for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce – Lifetime Achievement Awards.
