Leona Faye Patchett

Leona Faye Patchett died Friday evening, December 11, 2009 at Cottage Hospital MICU.

Our beloved Lee was born 66 years ago, on June 23, 1943, to Andrew and Essie Clem in San Francisco. Lee was the youngest of their five children. Lee’s parents, two brothers and her sister predeceased her; older brother Hal Clem lives in Loveland, Colorado.

Lee’s surviving family includes her daughters Lisa Patchett Schaeffer of Santa Barbara and Michele Patchett DeYoung of Lafayette, Colorado; her husband, Berl Golomb of Santa Barbara; stepdaughters Mikah Dusette of Santa Barbara, Kyra Ackerman of Los Angeles, and stepson Josh Wolff of Laguna Beach. Lee’s grandchildren are Abigail, Bradley, Benjamin, Natasha, and Pasha DeYoung; Evan and Nina Schaeffer; step grandchildren Matthew and Noah Dusette; and Kenzie and Shelby Wolff.

In addition to the humans in her life, Lee loved her cats. The family requests that In lieu of flowers, please contribute in her name to A.S.A.P. or the Santa Barbara Humane Society.
