Solutions for Dreamers: Season Two: offers up a delectable compilation of almost every type of acoustic and roots music, along with some punk and African grooves, all to help the charity Heal the Ocean. With some between-song rapping courtesy of G. Love, this mix aims to (and succeeds in) providing ocean lovers with a slew of laid back tunes.

The disc opens with Matt McAvene’s pleasant “Heal the Ocean,” featuring Zach Gill. Before we can ease into the album’s Latin grooves and reggae sounds, the electro beats of “Makuta” steals the show. While Hero and The Victor deliver “Rome” in pure Dead Kennedy’s style, Stephanie Croff’s delicate “One Minus One” turns the volume back down. Either way, Solutions provides a sonically solid means of helping the environment.
