What’s Abandoned and Blue?

For at least a couple of years there has been a broken off Independent news stand on Robin Hill Road. It was knocked over long ago, bending the plate at the bottom when it was broken off the four studs that held it in the concrete. People occasionally pick it back up and set it upright, but it is wobbly and just gets knocked over again. No papers are ever put in it so I guess you just forgot about the site. For several months the stand has been lying on its side on the sidewalk. To retrieve it, take Hollister to the airport tower, and turn up Robin Hill Road until you get to the base of the white wooden footbridge on the west side of the street.
