Adoptable Pet of the Week
Maddie
Maddie is a super sweet and calm German Shepherd mix who is looking for a permanent home. This 7-year-old mature pup could sleep all day and all night if you let her! Maddie loves to cuddle and is loyal and attentive if a head rub is the reward. She enjoys rolling in the grass, playing with her toys, and stimulating her mind with doggy puzzles. The beauty of a mature dog is that there’s no jumping, counter-surfing, mouthing, or nipping. She’s very gentle and patient with children and the kids love her. Maddie is pretty good on a leash, and is working with a trainer to get better. She lived with three different male dogs and was fine with them. Maddie would do best with a calm male dog, after proper introduction on a walk.
