Supreme Court Denies Steve Pappas Appeal

The California Supreme Court denied a petition for review from Steve Pappas in his case against 3rd District Supervisor Doreen Farr. Pappas had protested the amount of attorney’s fees a superior court judge ruled he owed Farr after his failed contest to the 2008 election (He also lost the 2012 election to her). Now, Pappas not only owes the $525,000 from the original failed lawsuit but also owes interest on that amount, as well as attorneys fees for the time spent fighting the recent failed appeal.
